Danny McNally

Danny McNally owner of CrossFit and head coach.

Im a firm believer in bringing out everyones physical potential, we get one body, one life, so why not see what its capable of? So sad to see so many people waste this opportunity only to look back and regret it when they're older.

CrossFit for me was the ultimate game changer for me when it came to health and fitness. The difference it's made to me physically and mentally I cant explain. This is why I became an affiliate to show many others how good this sport is and the difference it can make to your life.

Micheal Cahill

At 43 years young, I'm a family man and a qualified personal trainer. Despite being born with Cystic Fibrosis and CF Related Diabetes, my health declined in 2017, leading me to find my passion for fitness. Joining Sustain Health and Performance changed my life. Over the past 4 years, I've not only improved my fitness levels but also gained confidence, nutrition knowledge, and transformed my body. After training for almost 3 years, I became part of the Sustain coaching crew. Understanding the challenges of maintaining good fitness, I'm passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals while embracing a healthier lifestyle.

India Henry

Growing up I did competitive gymnastics for over ten years, as well as dancing, cheerleading and gymnastics coaching. When I first arrived in Australia I competed in Ninja Warrior Season 2 and Season 3.
So I've always had a competitive background and love helping people.

I decided to give CrossFit a go in early 2023 and eight months later started coaching. My previous background before stepping into CrossFit definitely helped the transition over as well as my other job in remedial massage. I absolutely love coaching CrossFit as the variety in everything we do tests you physically and mentally, combined with the familiarity of the gymnastics is awesome. I love helping others become the best they can be.

Dylan Anastasakis

Growing up, I was actively engaged in various sports like footy, tennis, cricket, squash, and volleyball, and started my gym journey at 18. Fueling my love for sports, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science.

After graduating, I immersed myself in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, discovering my true passion for training. Competing in both Weightlifting and CrossFit events, I've also had the honor of coaching individuals in their own Weightlifting, CrossFit, and Powerlifting competitions.

I genuinely believe that everyone has the potential to achieve anything they set their mind to. It's a privilege for me to assist individuals in realising their goals through training, nutrition, and lifestyle transformations.
